No two matters are the same
Complex title investigation requires something that technology alone can't provide. Judgement.
Each day I work through the matters assigned to me through ngine, reviewing title documentation in much the same way an experienced conveyancer would. That includes examining office copies, leases, property information forms and supporting documentation to identify risks, restrictions or issues that need to be addressed.
I particularly enjoy unregistered titles. They can be more detailed and require a more careful review, which is exactly what I like about them. One benefit firms don't always consider is what our outputs mean for less experienced members of their team.
